This cycle is designed to cultivate clarity, awareness, and build momentum to take aligned action. It promotes digestion and toxin release resulting, emotionally, in the shedding of fear. You can expect to feel energetic, expressive, extroverted and enthusiastic after practice.
We'll be working with: breathe (pranayama), movement, mantra, mudra, & mool bandh (root lock).
Sadhana For Clarity + Action
MOONTHLY SADHANAS | ABOUT THE PRACTICE
Every new moon we commune for 11 days to plant seeds and sow momentum. Sadhana is a Sanskrit word that translates to: daily spiritual practice. Each month brings a unique spiritual practice tailored to the season's nature.
Sadhana is about allowing yourself to build a new soul-focused habit. Committing to a daily practice alone is transformational, showing up everyday and meeting yourself where you are is the antidote, so be kind and flexible and above all stay present. The consistency of sadhana is what allows the practice to become a mirror of our inner world. It is here that we invite compassion and loving awareness to rule over maya, illusion.
