You will obtain tools and guidance that build the muscle of presence, and a strong foundation to understand the nervous system and how to influence it through pranayama, kundalini informed technique, and tea as a practice of self cultivation. The goal is to learn attunement and how to meet ourselves where we are, everyday.

I'm passionate about living a good life, one that feels incredible to witness and intentionally curated. I'm also a devoted student. This body of work is born from the ripple of becoming, I find it a crucial part in the cycle, to share that which I have been exposed to. My own lived experience spiraling from unbalance to alignment inspires the cyclical offerings of the ojo project.
